Organizational Psychologist

Witmer Health Technologies is looking for an organizational psychologist who will join the team developing digital solutions for workplace mental health. You will have a thorough understanding of the principles of applied organizational psychology, including design & development of psychometric instruments, design & development of corporate wellness initiatives, linkage between employee wellness & productivity and more. You will have a curious and research-oriented mindset, with a passion for developing new, novel solutions that promote employee wellness and work productivity. You are comfortable with digital technology, keeping yourself up to date with the latest developments in the field. The prospect of working with a team of designers, engineers and medical professionals, to help design and build futuristic digital mental health solutions, excites you greatly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build the organizational psychology practice at Witmer
  • Develop innovative wellness products/solutions that add value to individuals and companies
  • Research and devise innovative service delivery models
  • Build and lead a customer-facing team, to deliver training, consulting, and other services
  • Provide inputs and work closely with the engineering team to build solutions
  • Work with Doctors and scientific advisors to generate product insights and applications and translate them in an easy-to-understand manner for the engineering team
  • Design and develop scientific testing protocols, to test solutions with companies/institutions
  • Work with the data science team to translate raw data into meaningful insights for companies
  • Meet corporate customers to deeply understand their needs and generate insights that can be translated into products/solutions
  • Input into creation of content for the web, preparing marketing collaterals and assisting the sales team in sales pitches and answering customer queries

Qualifications and Background

  • Post-graduate degree/Doctorate in Organizational Psychology
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in the space, with demonstrable ability in understanding customer needs, conceptualizing and developing novel products/solutions/services and making a tangible difference to customer wellness and productivity
  • Thorough knowledge of development, testing and use of psychometric screeners
  • Practical experience of at least 4 years delivering solutions to end-customers/corporates
  • Well networked, with connections in the academic, subject matter and corporate circles
  • Experience in setting up practice and/or having led teams
  • Openness to role-up-sleeves and get working on the ground when necessary
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment
  • Good understanding of the digital, web, app space and their use in organizational psychology
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams in a dynamic, research-oriented group with several concurrent projects ongoing
